Kaname Chidori is a seemingly normal high school student and one of the most popular girls in her class. But when she is suspected of possessing the superpowers of an elite group known as "The Whispered," the teen is targeted by a terrorist organization bent on using her skills for their own nefarious purposes. In order to protect Kaname, an anti-terror syndicate known as Mithril sends in a military specialist named Sousuke Sagara to act as the teen's secret bodyguard.
